Villa Volta is located in the small and quiet place of Vrećari, on the eastern coast of Istria, just 8 km from the sea.

The villa is an ideal choice for one or two families, as well as for a group of friends who wish to enjoy a peaceful setting, privacy, and nature while also being close to the most interesting Istrian destinations.

You reach the villa via a quiet country road that leads to a private driveway to the property.

The house consists of two separate apartments, but it is rented out exclusively as a whole, which provides guests with complete privacy.

The ground floor apartment consists of:

• an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living room
• a sofa bed for one person
• one bedroom
• a bathroom.

The apartment on the first floor consists of:

• a hallway
• an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living room
• a sofa bed for one or two persons
• a bathroom with a shower.

Interior stairs lead to the attic, where two bedrooms and a separate bathroom with a shower are located.

The total living area of the house is approximately 95 m², spread over three floors.
